Assign the unknown-keeper
Team literacy work fails when everyone edits slides and no one owns the unknown box. Name a speaker, a source-checker, an unknown-keeper, and a refusal-keeper. Rotate. The teach-back is still individual: each person must be able to speak the claim with the interface closed.
