The reader
This page is a weekly cadence for a student already enrolled in a STEM class. The semester map is for coordinators. Do not run both as duplicate checklists. The week described here is the transfer job: take a school concept and run the HNK loop on it.
Monday — pick one sentence from class
Not a chapter. One sentence the teacher would recognize. Write it in your own words with the notes closed. If you cannot, that is the week’s work already. Stop there and ask the teacher, not a model.
Wednesday — four fields
Claim (the sentence). Source (the class definition, the lab, the page). Limit (what the class has not shown). Duty (what you must not overclaim in a problem set or a lab report). Optional: ask a model for a rival wording, then mark it. Keep the marks.
Friday — teach back
Explain the sentence to a person who will interrupt. Revise one line. File the before and after. That pair is the week. Hours in an interface with no pair are not practice on this site.
What not to collect
Screenshots of chats. Streak counts. Certificates. New tools “to try.” The folder should get shorter and clearer, not heavier. If Friday’s sentence is longer than Monday’s and weaker, the week failed in a useful way. Write that down. Failure with a date is evidence. A trophy without a sentence is not.
